prohibited¡¡article¡£¡¡¡¡There¡¡was¡¡known¡¡to¡¡be¡¡an¡¡abundance¡¡of¡¡coal¡¡in¡¡the

northern¡¡and¡¡midland¡¡counties£»¡¡and¡¡it¡¡occurred¡¡to¡¡some¡¡speculators
