But I certify you； brethren； that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man。
1：12因为我不是从人领受的，也不是人教导我的，乃是从耶稣基督启示来的。
For I neither received it of man； neither was I taught it； but by the revelation of Jesus Christ。
1：13你们听见我从前在犹太教中所行的事，怎样极力逼迫残害神的教会。
For ye have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews' religion； how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God； and wasted it：
1：14我又在犹太教中，比我本国许多同岁的人更有长进，为我祖宗的遗传更加热心。
And profited in the Jews' religion above many my equals in mine own nation； being more exceedingly zealous of the traditions of my fathers。
1：15然而那把我从母腹里分别出来，又施恩召我的神，
But when it pleased God； who separated me from my mother's womb； and called me by his grace；
1：16既然乐意将他儿子启示在我心里，叫我把他传在外邦人中，我就没有与属血气的人商量，
To reveal his Son in me； that I might preach him among the heathen； immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood：
1：17也没有上耶路撒冷去，见那些比我先作使徒的。惟独往阿拉伯去。后又回到大马士革。
Neither went I up to Jerusalem to them which were apostles before me； but I went into Arabia； and returned again unto Damascus。
1：18过了三年，才上耶路撒冷去见叽法，和他同住了十五天。
Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to see Peter； and abode with him fifteen days。
1：19至于别的使徒，除了主的兄弟雅各，我都没有看见。
But other of the apostles saw I none； save James the Lord's brother。
1：20我写给你们的，不是谎话，这是我在神面前说的。
Now the things which I write unto you； behold； before God； I lie not。
1：21以后我到了叙利亚和基利家境内。
Afterwards I came into the regions of Syria and Cilicia；
1：22那时，犹太信基督的各教会都没有见过我的面。
And was unknown by face unto the churches of Judaea which were in Christ：
1：23不过听说，那从前逼迫我们的，现在传扬他原先所残害的真道。
But they had heard only； That he which persecuted us in times past now preacheth the faith which once he destroyed。
1：24他们就为我的缘故，归荣耀给神。
And they glorified God in me。

2：1过了十四年，我同巴拿巴又上耶路撒冷去，并带着提多同去。
Then fourteen years after I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas； and took Titus with me also。
2：2我是奉启示上去的，把我在外邦人中所传的福音，对弟兄们陈说。却是背地里对那有名望之人说的。惟恐我现在，或是从前，徒然奔跑。
And I went up by revelation； and municated unto them that gospel which I preach among the Gentiles； but privately to them which were of reputation； lest by any means I should run； or had run； in vain。
2：3但与我同去的提多，虽是希腊人，也没有勉强他受割礼。
But neither Titus； who was with me； being a Greek； was pelled to be circumcised：
2：4因为有偷着引进来的假弟兄，私下窥探我们在基督耶稣里的自由，要叫我们作奴仆。
And that because of false brethren unawares brought in； who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus； that they might bring us into bondage：
2：5我们就是一刻的工夫，也没有容让顺服他们，为要叫福音的真理仍存在你们中间。
To whom we gave place by subjection； no； not for an hour； that the truth of the gospel might continue with you。
2：6至于那些有名望的，不论他是何等人，都与我无干。神不以外貌取人。那些有名望的，并没有加增我什么。
But of these who seemed to be somewhat； （whatsoever they were； it maketh no matter to me： God accepteth no man's person：） for they who seemed to be somewhat in conference added nothing to me：
2：7反倒看见了主托我传福音给那未受割礼的人，正如托彼得传福音给那受割礼的人。
But contrariwise； when they saw that the gospel of the uncircumcision was mitted unto me； as the gospel of the circumcision was unto Peter；
2：8（那感动彼得，叫他为受割礼之人作使徒的，也感动我，叫我为外邦人作使徒）
（For he that wrought effectually in Peter to the apostleship of the circumcision； the same was mighty in me toward the Gentiles：）
2：9又知道所赐给我的恩典，那称为教会柱石的雅各，叽法，约翰，就向我和巴拿巴用右手行相交之礼，叫我们往外邦人那里去，他们往受割礼的人那里去。
And when James； Cephas； and John； who seemed to be pillars； perceived the grace that was given unto me； they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship； that we should go unto the heathen； and they unto the circumcision。
2：10只是愿意我们记念穷人。这也是我本来热心去行的。
Only they would that we should remember the poor； the same which I also was forward to do。
2：11后来叽法到了安提阿，因他有可责之处，我就当面抵挡他。
But when Peter was e to Antioch； I withstood him to the face； because he was to be blamed。
2：12从雅各那里来的人，未到以先，他和外邦人一同吃饭。及至他们来到，他因怕奉割礼的人，就退去与外邦人隔开了。
For before that certain came from James； he did eat with the Gentiles： but when they were e； he withdrew and separated himself； fearing them which were of the circumcision。
2：13其馀的犹太人，也都随着他装假。甚至连巴拿巴也随夥装假。
And the other Jews dissembled likewise with him； insomuch that Barnabas also was carried away with their dissimulation。
2：14但我一看他们行的不正，与福音的真理不合，就在众人面前对矶法说，你既是犹太人，若随外邦人行事，不随犹太人行事，怎吗还勉强外邦人随犹太人呢。
But when I saw that they walked not uprightly according to the truth of the gospel； I said unto Peter before them all； If thou； being a Jew； livest after the manner of Gentiles； and not as do the Jews； why pellest thou the Gentiles to live as do the Jews？
2：15我们这生来的犹太人，不是外邦的罪人，
We who are Jews by nature； and not sinners of the Gentiles；
2：16既知道人称义，不是因行律法，乃是因信耶稣基督，连我们也信了基督耶稣，使我们因信基督称义，不因行律法称义，因为凡有血气的，没有一人因行律法称义。
Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law； but by the faith of Jesus Christ； even we have believed in Jesus Christ； that we might be justified by the faith of Christ； and not by the works of the law： for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified。
2：17我们若求在基督里称义，却仍旧是罪人，难道基督是叫人犯罪的吗。断乎不是。
But if； while we seek to be justified by Christ； we ourselves also are found sinners； is therefore Christ the minister of sin？ God forbid。
2：18我素来所拆毁的，若重新建造，这就证明自己是犯罪的人。
For if I build again the things which I destroyed； I make myself a transgressor。
2：19我因律法就向律法死了，叫我可以向神活着。
For I through the law am dead to the law； that I might live unto God。
2：20我已经与基督同钉十字架。现在活着的，不再是我，乃是基督在我里面活着。并且我如今在肉身活着，是因信神的儿子而活，他是爱我，为我舍己。
I am crucified with Christ： nevertheless I live； yet not I； but Christ liveth in me： and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God； who loved me； and gave himself for me。
2：21我不废掉神的恩。义若是藉着律法得的，基督就是徒然死了。
I do not frustrate the grace of God： for if righteousness e by the law； then Christ is dead in vain。

3：1无知的加拉太人哪，耶稣基督钉十字架，已经活画在你们眼前，谁又迷惑了你们呢。
O foolish Galatians； who hath bewitched you； that ye should not obey the truth； before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth； crucified among you？
3：2我只要问你们这一件，你们受了圣灵，是因行律法呢，是因听信福音呢。
This only would I learn of you； Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law； or by the hearing of faith？
3：3你们既靠圣灵入门，如今还靠肉身成全吗。你们是这样的无知吗。
Are ye so foolish？ having begun in the Spirit； are ye now made perfect by the flesh？
3：4你们受苦如此之多，都是徒然的吗。难道果真是徒然的吗。
Have ye suffered so many things in vain？ if it be yet in vain。
3：5那赐给你们圣灵，又在你们中间行异能的，是因你们行律法呢，是因你们听信福音呢。
He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit； and worketh miracles among you； doeth he it by the works of the law； or by the hearing of faith？
3：6正如，亚伯拉罕信神，这就算为他的义。
Even as Abraham believed God； and it was accounted to him for righteousness。
3：7所以你们要知道那以信为本的人，就是亚伯拉罕的子孙。
Know ye therefore that they which are of faith； the same are the children of Abraham。
3：8并且圣经既然豫先看明，神要叫外邦人因信称义，就早已传福音给亚伯拉罕，说，万国都必因你得福。
And the scripture； foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith； preached before the gospel unto Abraham； saying； In thee shall all nations be blessed。
3：9可见那以信为本的人，和有信心的亚伯拉罕一同得福。
So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham。
3：10凡以行律法为本的，都是被咒诅的。因为经上记着，凡不常照律法书上所记一切之事去行的，就被咒诅。
For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse： for it is written； Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them。
3：11没有一个人靠着律法在神面前称义，这是明显的。因为经上说，义人必因信得生。
But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God； it is evident： for； The just shall live by faith。
3：12律法原不本乎信，只说，行这些事的，就必因此活着。
And the law is not of faith： but； The man that doeth them shall live in them。
3：13基督既为我们受了咒诅，（受原文作成）就赎出我们脱离律法的咒诅。因为经上记着，凡挂在木头上都是被咒诅的。
Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law； being made a curse for us： for it is written； Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree：
3：14这便叫亚伯拉罕的福，因基督耶稣可以临到外邦人，使我们因信得着所应许的圣灵。
That the blessing of Abraham might e on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ； that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith。
3：15弟兄们，我且照着人的常话说，虽然是人的文约，若已经立定了，就没有能废弃或加增的。
Brethren； I speak after the manner of men； Though it be but a man's covenant； yet if it be confirmed； no man disannulleth； or addeth thereto。
3：16所应许的原是向亚伯拉罕和他子孙说的。神并不是说众子孙，指着许多人，乃是说你那一个子孙，指着一个人，就是基督。
Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made。 He saith not； And to seeds； as of many； but as of one； And to thy seed； which is Christ。
3：17我是这吗说，神豫先所立的约，不能被那四百三十年以后的律法废掉，叫应许归于虚空。
And this I say； that the covenant； that was confirmed before of God in Christ； the law； which was four hundred and thirty years after； cannot disannul； that it should make the promise of none effect。
3：18因为承受产业，若本乎律法，就不本乎应许。但神是凭着应许，把产业赐给亚伯拉罕。
For if the inheritance be of the law； it is no more of promise： but God gave it to Abraham by promise。
3：19这样说来，律法是为什么有的呢。原是为过犯添上的，等候那蒙应许的子孙来到。并且是藉天使经中保之手设立的。
Wherefore then serveth the law？ It was added because of transgressions； till the seed should e to whom the promise was made； and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator。
3：20但中保本不是为一面作的。神既是一位。
Now a mediator is not a mediator of one； but God is one。
3：21这样，律法是与神的应许反对吗。断乎不是。若曾传一个能叫人得生命的律法，义就诚然本乎律法了。
Is the law then against the promises of God？ God forbid： for if there had been a law given which could have given life； verily righteousness should have been by the law。
3：22但圣经把众人都圈在罪里，使�
