专业的人,但可能这个职位不太适合您(注意:如果这个顾问说您不适合这个职位,证明这个顾问肯定是菜鸟,还不懂得礼貌和委婉)”。不过,不管怎样,有猎头公司来找你都是一件好事,就算这个职位不合适也没有关系,下一次再合作吧!    
    主动应聘。如果你是应届毕业生,或者你的工作经验还比较少。你只有主动应聘,你可以在报纸、网站或者是招聘会上找对你有用的信息,确认值得应聘以后发送求职意向。一个专业和体面的简历和求职信将大大提高你获得面试的几率。说句实在话,将求职信和简历写得好的求职者真不多!好了,让我们来谈一下该如何包装自己吧!    
    最好不要用人才网站的格式!我不是说人才网站的格式不好,但是用这些格式的人太多了,而且有些不负责任的应聘者一次就发几百封简历,所以如果你也采用这些格式,你的求职信非常容易被淹没在这些垃圾邮件中。    
    除了简历以外,你一定要准备一个简短的求职信。而且,求职信如果有一定的针对性,企业会感觉你不是一个随便应聘的人,至少你不是一个盲目的应聘者。我给出一些范本供各位参考。注意,好的求职信绝对要简练、有针对性、语言流畅而且要是商务格式。

    简历需要尽可能多地陈述事实,条理性要强,用事实来证明自己的优点。千万不要喊口号,说空话。    
    简历要注意几个事项:首先,简历里面要尽可能给出一些量化的东西,不能仅仅是在谈感觉。尽可能避免“销售额提高很大”,“节约了大量成本”之类的话,而要用“销售额上升了27%”,“成本下降了7%”等文字。其次,简历一定要符合逻辑,对一些不符合逻辑但又是真实的问题一定要做相应解释。例如,某人1997年毕业,在一个企业内做了3年销售代表,然后又做了一年销售经理,但是他在简历里没有提自己做销售代表的经历,直接写成了1997-2001,某某企业销售经理。这非常容易被企业的人事部门当成骗子,因为没有一个企业会雇佣一个刚毕业的大学生做销售经理。如果你真的能够直接做经理肯定是有特别原因,那么,你需要简单写一下原因。最后,我奉劝各位一定不要造假,后患很大而且没有什么用途。
