69：9因我为你的殿心里焦急，如同火烧。并且辱骂你人的辱骂，都落在我身上。
For the zeal of thine house hath eaten me up； and the reproaches of them that reproached thee are fallen upon me。
69：10我哭泣，以禁食刻苦我心，这倒算为我的羞辱。
When I wept； and chastened my soul with fasting； that was to my reproach。
69：11我拿麻布当衣裳。就成了他们的笑谈。
I made sackcloth also my garment； and I became a proverb to them。
69：12坐在城门口的谈论我。酒徒也以我为歌曲。
They that sit in the gate speak against me； and I was the song of the drunkards。
69：13但我在悦纳的时候，向你耶和华祈祷。神阿，求你按你丰盛的慈爱，凭你拯救的诚实，应允我。
But as for me； my prayer is unto thee； O LORD； in an acceptable time： O God； in the multitude of thy mercy hear me； in the truth of thy salvation。
69：14求你搭救我出离淤泥，不叫我陷在其中。求你使我脱离那些恨我的人，使我出离深水。
Deliver me out of the mire； and let me not sink： let me be delivered from them that hate me； and out of the deep waters。
69：15求你不容大水漫过我，不容深渊吞灭我，不容坑坎在我以上合口。
Let not the waterflood overflow me； neither let the deep swallow me up； and let not the pit shut her mouth upon me。
69：16耶和华阿，求你应允我，因为你的慈爱本为美好。求你按你丰盛的慈悲，回转眷顾我。
Hear me； O LORD； for thy lovingkindness is good： turn unto me according to the multitude of thy tender mercies。
69：17不要掩面不顾你的仆人。我是在急难之中。求你速速的应允我。
And hide not thy face from thy servant； for I am in trouble： hear me speedily。
69：18求你亲近我，救赎我。求你因我的仇敌把我赎回。
Draw nigh unto my soul； and redeem it： deliver me because of mine enemies。
69：19你知道我受的辱骂，欺凌，羞辱。我的敌人都在你面前。
Thou hast known my reproach； and my shame； and my dishonour： mine adversaries are all before thee。
69：20辱骂伤破了我的心。我又满了忧愁。我指望有人体恤，却没有一个。我指望有人安慰，却找不着一个。
Reproach hath broken my heart； and I am full of heaviness： and I looked for some to take pity； but there was none； and for forters； but I found none。
69：21他们拿苦胆给我当食物。我渴了，他们拿醋给我喝。
They gave me also gall for my meat； and in my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink。
69：22愿他们的筵席，在他们面前变为网罗，在他们平安的时候，变为机槛。
Let their table bee a snare before them： and that which should have been for their welfare； let it bee a trap。
69：23愿他们的眼睛昏蒙，不得看见。愿你使他们的腰常常战抖。
Let their eyes be darkened； that they see not； and make their loins continually to shake。
69：24求你将你的恼恨，倒在他们身上，叫你的烈怒追上他们。
Pour out thine indignation upon them； and let thy wrathful anger take hold of them。
69：25愿他们的住处，变为荒场。愿他们的帐棚，无人居住。
Let their habitation be desolate； and let none dwell in their tents。
69：26因为你所击打的，他们就逼迫。你所击伤的他们戏说他的愁苦。
For they persecute him whom thou hast smitten； and they talk to the grief of those whom thou hast wounded。
69：27愿你在他们的罪上加罪，不容他们在你面前称义。
Add iniquity unto their iniquity： and let them not e into thy righteousness。
69：28愿他们从生命册上被涂抹，不得记录在义人之中。
Let them be blotted out of the book of the living； and not be written with the righteous。
69：29但我是困苦忧伤的。神阿，你的救恩，将我安置在高处。
But I am poor and sorrowful： let thy salvation； O God； set me up on high。
69：30我要以诗歌赞美神的名，以感谢称他为大。
I will praise the name of God with a song； and will magnify him with thanksgiving。
69：31这便叫耶和华喜悦，胜似献牛，或是献有角有蹄的公牛。
This also shall please the LORD better than an ox or bullock that hath horns and hoofs。
69：32谦卑的人看见了，就喜乐。寻求神的人，愿你们的心苏醒。
The humble shall see this； and be glad： and your heart shall live that seek God。
69：33因为耶和华听了穷乏人，不藐视被囚的人。
For the LORD heareth the poor； and despiseth not his prisoners。
69：34愿天和地，洋海，和其中一切的动物，都赞美他。
Let the heaven and earth praise him； the seas； and every thing that moveth therein。
69：35因为神要拯救锡安，建造犹大的城邑。他的民要在那里居住，得以为业。
For God will save Zion； and will build the cities of Judah： that they may dwell there； and have it in possession。
69：36他仆人的后裔，要承受为业。爱他名的人，也要住在其中。
The seed also of his servants shall inherit it： and they that love his name shall dwell therein。

70：1（大卫的记念诗，交与伶长）神阿，求你快快搭救我。耶和华阿，求你速速帮助我。
MAKE HASTE； O GOD； TO DELIVER ME； MAKE HASTE TO HELP ME； O LORD。
70：2愿那些寻索我命的，抱愧蒙羞。愿那些喜悦我遭害的，退后受辱。
Let them be ashamed and confounded that seek after my soul： let them be turned backward； and put to confusion； that desire my hurt。
70：3愿那些对我说，阿哈，阿哈的，因羞愧退后。
Let them be turned back for a reward of their shame that say； Aha； aha。
70：4愿一切寻求你的，因你高兴欢喜。愿那些喜爱你救恩的常说，当尊神为大。
Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee： and let such as love thy salvation say continually； Let God be magnified。
70：5但我是困苦穷乏的。神阿，求你速速到我这里来。你是帮助我的，搭救我的。耶和华阿，求你不要耽延。
But I am poor and needy： make haste unto me； O God： thou art my help and my deliverer； O LORD； make no tarrying。

71：1耶和华阿，我投靠你。求你叫我永不羞愧。
In thee； O LORD； do I put my trust： let me never be put to confusion。
71：2求你凭你的公义搭救我，救拔我，侧耳听我，拯救我。
Deliver me in thy righteousness； and cause me to escape： incline thine ear unto me； and save me。
71：3求你作我常住的磐石。你已经命定要救我。因为你是我的岩石，我的山寨。
Be thou my strong habitation； whereunto I may continually resort： thou hast given mandment to save me； for thou art my rock and my fortress。
71：4我的神阿，求你救我脱离恶人的手，脱离不义和残暴之人的手。
Deliver me； O my God； out of the hand of the wicked； out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man。
71：5主耶和华阿，你是我所盼望的。从我年幼你是我所倚靠的。
For thou art my hope； O Lord GOD： thou art my trust from my youth。
71：6我从出母胎被你扶持。使我出母腹的是你。我必常常赞美你。
By thee have I been holden up from the womb： thou art he that took me out of my mother's bowels： my praise shall be continually of thee。
71：7许多人以我为怪。但你是我坚固的避难所。
I am as a wonder unto many； but thou art my strong refuge。
71：8你的赞美，你的荣耀，终日必满了我的口。
Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honour all the day。
71：9我年老的时候，求你不要丢弃我。我力气衰弱的时候，求你不要离弃我。
Cast me not off in the time of old age； forsake me not when my strength faileth。
71：10我的仇敌议论我。那些窥探要害我命的彼此商议，
For mine enemies speak against me； and they that lay wait for my soul take counsel together；
71：11说，神已经离弃他。我们追赶他，捉拿他吧。因为没有人搭救。
Saying； God hath forsaken him： persecute and take him； for there is none to deliver him。
71：12神阿，求你不要远离我。我的神阿，求你速速帮助我。
O God； be not far from me： O my God； make haste for my help。
71：13愿那与我性命为敌的，羞愧被灭。愿那谋害我的，受辱蒙羞。
Let them be confounded and consumed that are adversaries to my soul； let them be covered with reproach and dishonour that seek my hurt。
71：14我却要常常盼望，并要越发赞美你。
But I will hope continually； and will yet praise thee more and more。
71：15我的口终日要述说你的公义，和你的救恩。因我不计其数。
My mouth shall shew forth thy righteousness and thy salvation all the day； for I know not the numbers thereof。
71：16我要来说主耶和华大能的事。我单要题说你的公义。
I will go in the strength of the Lord GOD： I will make mention of thy righteousness； even of thine only。
71：17神阿，自我年幼时，你就教训我。直到如今，我传扬你奇妙的作为。
O God； thou hast taught me from my youth： and hitherto have I declared thy wondrous works。
71：18神阿，我到年老发白的时候，求你不要离弃我，等我将你的能力指示下代，将你的大能指示后世的人。
Now also when I am old and greyheaded； O God； forsake me not； until I have shewed thy strength unto this generation； and thy power to every one that is to e。
71：19神阿，你的公义甚高。行过大事的神阿，谁能像你。
Thy righteousness also； O God； is very high； who hast done great things： O God； who is like unto thee！
71：20你是叫我们多经历重大急难的，必使我们复活。从地的深处救上来。
Thou； which hast shewed me great and sore troubles； shalt quicken me again； and shalt bring me up again from the depths of the earth。
71：21求你使我越发昌大，又转来安慰我。
Thou shalt increase my greatness； and fort me on every side。
71：22我的神阿，我要鼓瑟称赞你，称赞你的诚实。以色列的圣者阿，我要弹琴歌颂你。
I will also praise thee with the psaltery； even thy truth； O my God： unto thee will I sing with the harp； O thou Holy One of Israel。
71：23我歌颂你的时候，我的嘴唇，和你所赎我的灵魂，都必欢呼。
My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing unto thee； and my soul； which thou hast redeemed。
71：24并且我的舌头，必终日讲论你的公义，因为那些谋害我的人，已经蒙羞受辱了。
My tongue also shall talk of thy righteousness all the day long： for they are confounded； for they are brought unto shame； that seek my hurt。

72：1（所罗门的诗）神阿，求你将判断的权柄赐给王，将公义赐给王的儿子。
Give the king thy judgments； O God； and thy righteousness unto the king's son。
72：2他要按公义审判你的民，按公平审判你的困苦人。
He shall judge thy people with righteousness； and thy poor with judgment。
72：3大山小山，都要因公义使民得享平安。
The mountains shall bring peace to the people； and the little hills； by righteousness。
72：4他必为民中的困苦人伸冤，拯救穷乏之辈，压碎那欺压人的。
He shall judge the poor of the people； he shall save the children of the needy； and shall break in pieces the oppressor。
72：5太阳还存，月亮还在，人要敬畏你，直到万代。
They shall fear thee as long as the sun and moon endure； throughout all generations。
72：6他必降临，像雨降在已割的草地上，如甘霖滋润田地。
He shall e down like rain upon the mown grass： as showers that water the earth。
72：7在他的日子义人要发旺，大有平安，好像月亮长存。
In his days shall the righteous flourish； and abundance of peace so long as the moon endureth。
72：8他要执掌权柄，从这海直到那海，从大河直到地极。
He shall have dominion also from sea to sea； and from the river unto the ends of the earth。
72：9住在旷野的，必在他面前下拜。他的仇敌，必要舔土。
They that dwell in the wilderness shall bow before him； and his enemies shall lick the dust。
72：10他施和海岛的王要进贡。示巴和西巴的王要献礼物。
The kings of Tarshish and of the isles shall bring presents： the kings of Sheba and Seba shall offer gifts。
72：11诸王都要叩拜他，万国都要事奉他。
Yea； all kings shall fall down before him： all nations shall serve him。
72：12因为穷乏人呼求的时候，他要搭救，没有人帮助的困苦人，他也要搭救。
For he shall deliver the needy when he crieth； the poor also； and him that hath no helper。
72：13他要怜恤贫寒和穷乏的人，拯救穷苦人的性命。
He shall spare the poor and needy； and shall save the souls of the needy。
72：14他要救赎他们脱离欺压和强暴。他们的血在他眼中看为宝贵。
He shall redeem their soul from deceit and violence： and precious shall their blood be in his sight。
72：15他们要存活�
