66：24他们必出去观看那些违背我人的尸首。因为他们的虫是不死的，他们的火是不灭的。凡有血气的，都必憎恶他们。
And　they　shall　go　forth；　and　look　upon　the　carcases　of　the　men　that　have　transgressed　against　me：　for　their　worm　shall　not　die；　neither　shall　their　fire　be　quenched；　and　they　shall　be　an　abhorring　unto　all　flesh。

1：1便雅悯地亚拿突城的祭司中，希勒家的儿子耶利米的话记在下面。
The　words　of　Jeremiah　the　son　of　Hilkiah；　of　the　priests　that　were　in　Anathoth　in　the　land　of　Benjamin：
1：2犹大王亚们的儿子约西亚在位十三年，耶和华的话临到耶利米。
To　whom　the　word　of　the　LORD　came　in　the　days　of　Josiah　the　son　of　Amon　king　of　Judah；　in　the　thirteenth　year　of　his　reign。
1：3从犹大王约西亚的儿子约雅敬在位的时候，直到犹大王约西亚的儿子西底家在位的末年，就是十一年五月间耶路撒冷人被掳的时候，耶和华的话也常临到耶利米。
It　came　also　in　the　days　of　Jehoiakim　the　son　of　Josiah　king　of　Judah；　unto　the　end　of　the　eleventh　year　of　Zedekiah　the　son　of　Josiah　king　of　Judah；　unto　the　carrying　away　of　Jerusalem　captive　in　the　fifth　month。
1：4耶利米说，耶和华的话临到我说，
Then　the　word　of　the　LORD　came　unto　me；　saying；
1：5我未将你造在腹中，我已晓得你。你未出母胎，我已分别你为圣。我已派你作列国的先知。
Before　I　formed　thee　in　the　belly　I　knew　thee；　and　before　thou　camest　forth　out　of　the　womb　I　sanctified　thee；　and　I　ordained　thee　a　prophet　unto　the　nations。
1：6我就说，主耶和华阿，我不知怎样说，因为我是年幼的。
Then　said　I；　Ah；　Lord　GOD！　behold；　I　cannot　speak：　for　I　am　a　child。
1：7耶和华对我说，你不要说我是年幼的，因为我差遣你到谁那里去，你都要去。我吩咐你说什么话，你都要说。
But　the　LORD　said　unto　me；　Say　not；　I　am　a　child：　for　thou　shalt　go　to　all　that　I　shall　send　thee；　and　whatsoever　I　mand　thee　thou　shalt　speak。
1：8你不要惧怕他们，因为我与你同在，要拯救你。这是耶和华说的。
Be　not　afraid　of　their　faces：　for　I　am　with　thee　to　deliver　thee；　saith　the　LORD。
1：9于是耶和华伸手按我的口，对我说，我已将当说的话传给你。
Then　the　LORD　put　forth　his　hand；　and　touched　my　mouth。　And　the　LORD　said　unto　me；　Behold；　I　have　put　my　words　in　thy　mouth。
1：10看哪，我今日立你在列邦列国之上，为要施行拔出，拆毁，毁坏，倾覆，又要建立，栽植。
See；　I　have　this　day　set　thee　over　the　nations　and　over　the　kingdoms；　to　root　out；　and　to　pull　down；　and　to　destroy；　and　to　throw　down；　to　build；　and　to　plant。
1：11耶和华的话又临到我说，耶利米，你看见什么。我说，我看见一根杏树枝。
Moreover　the　word　of　the　LORD　came　unto　me；　saying；　Jeremiah；　what　seest　thou？　And　I　said；　I　see　a　rod　of　an　almond　tree。
1：12耶和华对我说，你看得不错。因为我留意保守我的话，使得成就。
Then　said　the　LORD　unto　me；　Thou　hast　well　seen：　for　I　will　hasten　my　word　to　perform　it。
1：13耶和华的话第二次临到我说，你看见什么。我说，我看见一个烧开的锅，从北而倾。
And　the　word　of　the　LORD　came　unto　me　the　second　time；　saying；　What　seest　thou？　And　I　said；　I　see　a　seething　pot；　and　the　face　thereof　is　toward　the　north。
1：14耶和华对我说，必有灾祸从北方发出，临到这地的一切居民。
Then　the　LORD　said　unto　me；　Out　of　the　north　an　evil　shall　break　forth　upon　all　the　inhabitants　of　the　land。
1：15耶和华说，看哪，我要召北方列国的众族。他们要来，各安座位在耶路撒冷的城门口，周围攻击城墙，又要攻击犹大的一切城邑。
For；　lo；　I　will　call　all　the　families　of　the　kingdoms　of　the　north；　saith　the　LORD；　and　they　shall　e；　and　they　shall　set　every　one　his　throne　at　the　entering　of　the　gates　of　Jerusalem；　and　against　all　the　walls　thereof　round　about；　and　against　all　the　cities　of　Judah。
1：16至于这民的一切恶，就是离弃我，向别神烧香，跪拜自己手所造的，我要发出我的判语，攻击他们。
And　I　will　utter　my　judgments　against　them　touching　all　their　wickedness；　who　have　forsaken　me；　and　have　burned　incense　unto　other　gods；　and　worshipped　the　works　of　their　own　hands。
1：17所以你当束腰，起来将我所吩咐你的一切话告诉他们。不要因他们惊惶，免得我使你在他们面前惊惶。
Thou　therefore　gird　up　thy　loins；　and　arise；　and　speak　unto　them　all　that　I　mand　thee：　be　not　dismayed　at　their　faces；　lest　I　confound　thee　before　them。
1：18看哪，我今日使你成为坚城，铁柱，铜墙，与全地和犹大的君王，首领，祭司，并地上的众民反对。
For；　behold；　I　have　made　thee　this　day　a　defenced　city；　and　an　iron　pillar；　and　brasen　walls　against　the　whole　land；　against　the　kings　of　Judah；　against　the　princes　thereof；　against　the　priests　thereof；　and　against　the　people　of　the　land。
1：19他们要攻击你，却不能胜你。因为我与你同在，要拯救你。这是耶和华说的。
And　they　shall　fight　against　thee；　but　they　shall　not　prevail　against　thee；　for　I　am　with　thee；　saith　the　LORD；　to　deliver　thee。

2：1耶和华的话临到我说，
Moreover　the　word　of　the　LORD　came　to　me；　saying；
2：2你去向耶路撒冷人的耳中喊叫说，耶和华如此说，你幼年的恩爱，婚姻的爱情，你怎样在旷野，在未曾耕种之地跟随我，我都记得。
Go　and　cry　in　the　ears　of　Jerusalem；　saying；　Thus　saith　the　LORD；　I　remember　thee；　the　kindness　of　thy　youth；　the　love　of　thine　espousals；　when　thou　wentest　after　me　in　the　wilderness；　in　a　land　that　was　not　sown。
2：3那时以色列归耶和华为圣，作为土产初熟的果子。凡吞吃它的必算为有罪，灾祸必临到他们。这是耶和华说的。
Israel　was　holiness　unto　the　LORD；　and　the　firstfruits　of　his　increase：　all　that　devour　him　shall　offend；　evil　shall　e　upon　them；　saith　the　LORD。
2：4雅各家，以色列家的各族阿，你们当听耶和华的话。
Hear　ye　the　word　of　the　LORD；　O　house　of　Jacob；　and　all　the　families　of　the　house　of　Israel：
2：5耶和华如此说，你们的列祖见我有什么不义，竟远离我，随从虚无的神，自己成为虚妄的呢。
Thus　saith　the　LORD；　What　iniquity　have　your　fathers　found　in　me；　that　they　are　gone　far　from　me；　and　have　walked　after　vanity；　and　are　bee　vain？
2：6他们也不说，那领我们从埃及地上来，引导我们经过旷野，沙漠有深坑之地，和乾旱死荫，无人经过，无人居住之地的耶和华在哪里呢。
Neither　said　they；　Where　is　the　LORD　that　brought　us　up　out　of　the　land　of　Egypt；　that　led　us　through　the　wilderness；　through　a　land　of　deserts　and　of　pits；　through　a　land　of　drought；　and　of　the　shadow　of　death；　through　a　land　that　no　man　passed　through；　and　where　no　man　dwelt？
2：7我领你们进入肥美之地，使你们得吃其中的果子和美物。但你们进入的时候就玷污我的地，使我的产业成为可憎的。
And　I　brought　you　into　a　plentiful　country；　to　eat　the　fruit　thereof　and　the　goodness　thereof；　but　when　ye　entered；　ye　defiled　my　land；　and　made　mine　heritage　an　abomination。
2：8祭司都不说，耶和华在哪里呢。传讲律法的都不认识我。官长违背我。先知藉巴力说预言，随从无益的神。
The　priests　said　not；　Where　is　the　LORD？　and　they　that　handle　the　law　knew　me　not：　the　pastors　also　transgressed　against　me；　and　the　prophets　prophesied　by　Baal；　and　walked　after　things　that　do　not　profit。
2：9耶和华说，我因此必与你们争辩，也必与你们的子孙争辩。
Wherefore　I　will　yet　plead　with　you；　saith　the　LORD；　and　with　your　children's　children　will　I　plead。
2：10你们且过到基提海岛去察看，打发人往基达去留心查考，看曾有这样的事没有。
For　pass　over　the　isles　of　Chittim；　and　see；　and　send　unto　Kedar；　and　consider　diligently；　and　see　if　there　be　such　a　thing。
2：11岂有一国换了他的神吗。其实这不是神。但我的百姓将他们的荣耀换了那无益的神。
Hath　a　nation　changed　their　gods；　which　are　yet　no　gods？　but　my　people　have　changed　their　glory　for　that　which　doth　not　profit。
2：12诸天哪，要因此惊奇，极其恐慌，甚为凄凉。这是耶和华说的。
Be　astonished；　O　ye　heavens；　at　this；　and　be　horribly　afraid；　be　ye　very　desolate；　saith　the　LORD。
2：13因为我的百姓作了两件恶事，就是离弃我这活水的泉源，为自己凿出池子，是破裂不能存水的池子。
For　my　people　have　mitted　two　evils；　they　have　forsaken　me　the　fountain　of　living　waters；　and　hewed　them　out　cisterns；　broken　cisterns；　that　can　hold　no　water。
2：14以色列是仆人吗。是家中生的奴仆吗。为何成为掠物呢。
Is　Israel　a　servant？　is　he　a　homeborn　slave？　why　is　he　spoiled？
2：15少壮狮子向他咆哮，大声吼叫，使他的地荒凉。城邑也都焚烧，无人居住。
The　young　lions　roared　upon　him；　and　yelled；　and　they　made　his　land　waste：　his　cities　are　burned　without　inhabitant。
2：16挪弗人和答比匿人也打破你的头顶。
Also　the　children　of　Noph　and　Tahapanes　have　broken　the　crown　of　thy　head。
2：17这事临到你身上，不是你自招的吗。不是因耶和华你神引你行路的时候，你离弃他吗。
Hast　thou　not　procured　this　unto　thyself；　in　that　thou　hast　forsaken　the　LORD　thy　God；　when　he　led　thee　by　the　way？
2：18现今你为何在埃及路上要喝西曷的水呢。你为何在亚述路上要喝大河的水呢。
And　now　what　hast　thou　to　do　in　the　way　of　Egypt；　to　drink　the　waters　of　Sihor？　or　what　hast　thou　to　do　in　the　way　of　Assyria；　to　drink　the　waters　of　the　river？
2：19你自己的恶必惩治你。你背道的事必责备你。由此可知可见，你离弃耶和华你的神，不存敬畏我的心，乃为恶事，为苦事。这是主万军之耶和华说的。
Thine　own　wickedness　shall　correct　thee；　and　thy　backslidings　shall　reprove　thee：　know　therefore　and　see　that　it　is　an　evil　thing　and　bitter；　that　thou　hast　forsaken　the　LORD　thy　God；　and　that　my　fear　is　not　in　thee；　saith　the　Lord　GOD　of　hosts。
2：20我在古时折断你的轭，解开你的绳索。你说，我必不事奉耶和华。因为你在各高冈上，各青翠树下屈身行淫。
For　of　old　time　I　have　broken　thy　yoke；　and　burst　thy　bands；　and　thou　saidst；　I　will　not　transgress；　when　upon　every　high　hill　and　under　every　green　tree　thou　wanderest；　playing　the　harlot。
2：21然而，我栽你是上等的葡萄树，全然是真种子。你怎吗向我变为外邦葡萄树的坏枝子呢。
Yet　I　had　planted　thee　a　noble　vine；　wholly　a　right　seed：　how　then　art　thou　turned　into　the　degenerate　plant　of　a　strange　vine　unto　me？
2：22你虽用硷，多用肥皂洗濯，你罪孽的痕迹仍然在我面前显出。这是主耶和华说的。
For　though　thou　wash　thee　with　nitre；　and　take　thee　much　soap；　yet　thine　iniquity　is　marked　before　me；　saith　the　Lord　GOD。
2：23你怎能说，我没有玷污，没有随从众巴力。你看你谷中的路，就知道你所行的如何。你是快行的独峰驼，狂奔乱走。
How　canst　thou　say；　I　am　not　polluted；　I　have　not　gone　after　Baalim？　see　thy　way　in　the　valley；　know　what　thou　hast　done：　thou　art　a　swift　dromedary　traversing　her　ways；
2：24你是野驴，惯在旷野，欲心发动就吸风。起性的时候谁能使它转去呢。凡寻梢它的必不致疲乏。在它的月分必能寻见。
A　wild　ass　used　to　the　wilderness；　that　snuffeth　up　the　wind　at　her　pleasure；　in　her　occasion　who　can　turn　her　away？　all　they　that　seek　her　will　not　weary　themselves；　in　her　month　they　shall　find　her。
2：25我说，你不要使脚上无鞋，喉咙乾渴。你倒说，这是枉然。我喜爱别神，我必随从他们。
Withhold　thy　foot　from　being　unshod；　and　thy　throat　from　thirst：　but　thou　saidst；　There　is　no　hope：　no；　for　I　have　loved　strangers；　and　after　them　will　I　go。
2：26贼被捉拿，怎样羞愧，以色列家和他们的君王，首领，祭司，先知也都照样羞愧。
As　the　thief　is　ashamed　when　he　is　found；　so　is　the　house　of　Israel　ashamed；　they；　their　kings；　their　princes；　and　their　priests；　and　their　prophets；
2：27他们向木头说，你是我的父。向石头说，你是生我的。他们以背向我，不以面向我。及至遭遇患难的时候却说，起来拯救我们。
Saying　to　a　stock；　Thou　art　my　father；　and　to　a　stone；　Thou　hast　brought　me　forth：　for　they　have　turned　their　back　unto　me；　and　not　their　face：　but　in　the　time　of　their　trouble　they　will　say；　Arise；　and　save　us。
2：28你为自己作的神在哪里呢。你遭遇患难的时候，叫他们起来拯救你吧。犹大阿，你神的数目与你城的数目相等。
But　where　are　thy　gods　that　thou　hast　made　thee？　let　them　arise；　if　they　can　save　thee　in　the　time　of　thy　trouble：　for　according　to　the　number　of　thy　cities　are　thy　gods；　O　Judah。
