with¡¡Forrein¡¡Moneys£»¡¡according¡¡to¡¡their¡¡true¡¡intrinsical¡¡value£»
yet¡¡do¡¡I¡¡not¡¡see¡¡that¡¡this¡¡Reformation£»¡¡for¡¡all¡¡this£»¡¡would¡¡be
