the¡¡cause¡¡of¡¡his¡¡defeat£»¡¡nay£»¡¡he¡¡proceeded¡¡to¡¡such¡¡a¡¡degree¡¡of
despite¡¡and¡¡contempt¡¡£§of¡¡God's¡¡worship£§£»¡¡that¡¡he¡¡shut¡¡up¡¡the
