on¡¡in¡¡his¡¡march£»¡¡and¡¡whereas¡¡there¡¡were¡¡a¡¡great¡¡number¡¡of¡¡those

this¡¡respect£»¡¡and¡¡because¡¡of¡¡the¡¡assistance¡¡he¡¡had¡¡given¡¡him£»¡¡for
