began¡¡to¡¡set¡¡rules¡¡for¡¡our¡¡conduct¡¡as¡¡to¡¡corresponding¡¡with¡¡those

cities¡£¡¡¡¡It¡¡is¡¡true¡¡we¡¡could¡¡not¡¡pretend¡¡to¡¡forbid¡¡their¡¡people¡¡coming¡¡to

London£»¡¡because¡¡it¡¡was¡¡impossible¡¡to¡¡know¡¡them¡¡asunder£»¡¡so£»¡¡after
